The Daughters of the Silver Crescent offers classes to women throughout the region. Classes are held in a central location at the DSC Grovestead in the Waterloo Recreation area, which is approximately 30 minutes from Lansing and Ann Arbor, and 1 hour from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Detroit.

A sliding scale fee is requested to support the National Temple and the local Grove

Available classes include:

Introduction to Dianic Wicca.  This is a 4 hour workshop that can be taught at your local feminist or new age bookstore or a private home.  We will discuss the tradition, the cosmology, the Dianic wheel of the year and carry out a small ritual.

Dianic Wicca Introduction, which includes 6 monthly sessions that  introduce Dianic cosmology and philosophy, working with the elemental teachers, energetics, invocations, elementary ritual design and ethics within the Dianic Tradition.

The Year and a Day program includes a second 6 session series that extends from the introductory work.  This program includes spellcraft and personal ritual making, altar-making, magical tools, and partnership with plants and trees. This series culminates in a Year and a Day dedication ritual designed by the women in the program.

Women wishing to go deeper in their study of the Dianic tradition, and have completed the Dianic Wicca introduction or it’s equivalent, can apply for acceptance into the Spiral Door Mystery school which is a intensive 4 year training program in magick and the ritual arts.
