Medea Wolfe, DSC Founder, Director and Torchbearer Priestess Medea Wolfe is an scholar, educator, therapist and organizer. She has devoted her life to equity and understanding between cultures and for all women. She is a Dianic Priestess of the Torchbearer path, whose ministry is Priestess of Her Torch, focusing on finding patterns of the Goddesses’ workings across time and cultures. She has focused on re-awakening a deep and complex understanding of the Goddesses Artemis-Hecate. She is a graduate of the Spiral Door Mystery school. She is a published author who has provided service to the Goddess and Her women since the mid-1980s.
Ruth Barrett
Temple of Diana Founder, Religious Director and High Priestess
Ruth Barrett is a ritualist, educator, author, and award winning recording artist of original Goddess songs. Ruth's numerous recordings have been among the pioneering musical works in the Goddess Spirituality Movement. Ruth began her formal Goddess studies with founding Goddess Movement muse Shekhinah Mountainwater in 1975. Since inheriting Z Budapest's Los Angeles ministry in 1980, Ruth has taught magical and ritual arts in the Dianic tradition at festivals and conferences across the United States, in Canada, and Great Britain.
Falcon River
Temple of Diana Founder and Priestess of the Guardian Path
Falcon River is an artist, craftwoman, archer, horsewoman and elder within the Dianic community. She has created and supported women's ritual circles in the Dianic Wiccan tradition since 1976. In 1999, with her life partner, Ruth Barrett, Falcon co-founded Temple of Diana, Inc. She is core faculty for The Spiral Door Women's Mystery School of Magick and Ritual Arts. Part of her path of service is to awaken women to the mysteries of the guardian path as embodied by the matron Goddess of our tradition, Diana/Artemis, Guardian of women and nature. Falcon teaches practical energetic and magical skills for daily life in hands on, experiential workshops around the country.
